HOA Forms

If you are planning any improvements and/or changes to the exterior of your home please fill out this form, save to your computer, and email as an attachment to cookera43@gmail.com or follow instructions on the form. The Architectural Review Committee will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. Please refer to CC&R's, pages 19-21 for specific guidelines.

If you have a complaint with another homeowner about a violation of CC&R's Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions that you have not been able to resolve in person, please fill out this form, save to your computer, print, sign, and mail to  PO Box 19054, San Diego, CA 92159-0054. The president of the HOA will get back to you as soon as possible.

Your contact information is vitally important to the HOA board and we request you provide full contact information including mobile phone, email, emergency contact information, etc. Please fill out this form, save to your computer, and email as an attachment to petehortonea@cox.net or follow instructions on the form. This information is for the Board's use and will only be shared within the association with your permission or to comply with California law. Your information will never be shared outside of the association. Please update us with any changes to email address or phone number. 

If you would like to receive HOA documents electronically please fill out this form, save to your computer, print, sign, and mail to PO Box 19054, San Diego, CA 92159-0054. The documents to be delivered will include invoices, notices, annual disclosures and other required communications. This will cut down on mailing expenses for the HOA. Thank you.

Under California law, the HOA is required, upon written demand of a homeowner, to produce a membership list of all homeowners, including name, property address, mailing address and email address unless homeowners "opt out" of the sharing of the Homeowner's Contact List by submitting a completed Opt Out Form provided HERE.
